which one it's correct? "I made this video... or I make this video...".

If you were using the past tense, you would say "I made this video." (past)
If you were making the video, but it wasn't finished, you would say "I am making this video." (present continuous)
You would usually only use the simple present to say that you always do something:
"I make videos for a living."
