both are relate to the business of communication broadly speak has to do oral language like u speak english ,italian ,hindi etc, speak to a group of member but talk is the oral lang to talk one to another like u talk to me , talk to her/him

speak to somebody talk to somebody I don't really find a difference but I always use "talk to somebody" and if I want to refer to languages I use speak :D
