There is a situation , and i need to make a dialogue depend on it and the situation is :Nancy is calling Manager David back on behalf of her boss to make an appointment , but David is not in his office now ,what should Nancy say ? (your dialogue can begin from Nancy : hello , may i speak to Mr.Smith , the manager of the sales department?)

Sorry Rui, YOUR dialogue can begin with "Nancy: Hello, may I speak to Mr. Smith, the manager of the sales department?" ;) Have a try at writing the whole dialogue first, post it in Notebook and then we'd be happy to give suggestions. :)
