if you mean praise a woman,I think you should try this way.

你真的是棒极了！or 你真美！you're wonderful！

I think they can have different meanings in different context
Literal meaning: you are really special to me.= 你对我来说很重要！
you're wonderful.=你真棒！

I'm also curious about the former question. In my view, "you are really special to me"means你在我的生命中是个很重要的人;"you are wonderful"means 你很棒！
