Mike: "Are you following me?"
Susan: "What? No, no, I just came here, you know, with Edie. We, just, love to ride that bull."
Mike: "You ride the bull."
Susan: "Yeah, yeah, it’s a real rush."
QUESTION
"It's a real rush" ----> Does this just stand for the excitement of smn? What would you say about this?

It is referring to an adrenaline rush.
