得地 usage query

Im getting very confused about when to use得 and when to use地
I know the constructions are
Adverb + 地 + verb and
Verb + 得 + result/degree of action
So therefore are the following sentences correct and if so are the meanings the same?

1.他会说英文说得流利 (可以说他会说英文说得流利了?）
2. 他会流利说英文

1. 他慢慢地走来这里了
2. 他走来这里走得很慢　(可以说　他走来这里走得慢了?)

1. 他慢慢地走回家
2. 他走回家走得很慢（可以说他走回家走得慢乐?）

修改：1、他会说英文，而且说得流利。这个是可以的。
2、他会流利地说英文。（In fact,these two sente nces have the same mean,but they lay particular emphasis on different parts,the first sentence tend to emphasize on "he can speak English",and then the second tend to emphasize on "fluently"）
1、他慢慢地走来这里了
2、他走来这里走得很慢（these two sentence are right,but the first sentence emphasize on his walking state but the sentence emphasize on his movement.）
1. 他慢慢地走回家 
2. 他走回家走得很慢

   请注意，【了】一般表示已经完结的动作，强调完结。这句话应该是强调过程。

1. 他慢慢地走回家
2. 他走回家走得很慢 （可以说 他走回家走得慢乐?） 
他慢慢地走回家=他走回家走得很慢
（可以说 他走回家走得慢乐?） 不可以。理由同上。

3、他正在慢慢地走过来。（never say 走来这里, instead of 走过来.and you emphasize on "slowly".）
4、他走的太慢了！（your sentece is wrong! never say 走来这里.because you emphasize on "slowly".
5、他慢慢地走回家.(it is right.)
6、他走回家走得很慢.(it is right.)
