how to express the day 3 days before the last day?倒数第3天怎么说

The 29th of March is the third to last day of March.

We wouldn't say that, we would just use the date 'on 29th March' but if you wanted to say something happened you could say 'it happened three days ago'
it would be common to say 'last week' or 'a week ago'
or 'last wednesday...'

It's the last day but two. (not so rare)
But these expressions aren't common. We don't really have a set phrase for this kind of thing
