What`s the difference between "covered IN" and ''covered WITH" ? I saw the both versions: covered in snow and covered with snow. Are they interchangeable?

Yes, we use both in this instance. Covered with/in paint/dust etc. We can usually use either when referring to a liquid or particles and blankets/cloth.

Covered in is most likely a mistake or on accident. Covered with may or may not be on purpose.
