Non me ne parlare! (we actually use the opposite to the English expression... don't tell me about it!)
A chi lo dici! ( Whom are you telling? as in... no need to tell me as I have had the same experience)

or:
Parlamene.
(It depends.)
And I would like to add that you should say: "Come si dice" instead of "Come se dice".
