What movie would you recommend to see on English language?
Where will be clear and simple speech and simple dialogues.

For clear and simple english I would recommend watching Disney/Disney Pixar movies like Lion King or Finding Nemo. Although these are "childrens' movies" they use mostly basic English and it is easy to follow the conversations.
If cartoons is not what you are looking for than I would recomend watching comedies like Mean Girls or Bridesmaids. This is because lighthearted comedy/romance movies usually have simpler English than thriller/drama movies!

synchronized movies (from another language into english) are always easier to understand. For a german movie I would suggest "the lives of others"
