You could omit the word "2D" and later use it on the job description.
Puedes omitir la  parte de '2D' y luego mencionarla en la descripción del trabajo.
 
Por ejemplo.

3D Design and Modeling
 -Managing software such as SO and SO.
 -Able to draft  2D designs.....
