买不买 = "should i buy", "when i should buy", "when i will buy", "to buy or not to buy"
不知道为什么他们用“买不买”。 肯能这是口语的话。
句子：
“我今天不准备买，以后买不买，我还没有想好”
两个问题：
1）为什么用“买不买”。 可以用”买的时候“吗？
2）“有想好”有什么意思？

I'm not going to buy it today, and I am not sure whether I will buy it someday.
两个问题：
1）为什么用“买不买”。 可以用”买的时候“吗？
不可以，“买不买”是buy or not buy。比如：“你买不买？”翻译成英语就是"will you take(buy) it or not?"
“买的时候”，我没看懂。
2）“有想好”有什么意思？
应该是“没有想好”，意思是 I can't make the decision right now.

like 这个人我不认识 = i'm not familiar with this person
1 不 可以 用 ”买的时候“ coz it means "when /while buying"
2 haven't decided = not + think + positive result

.买不买.可以用在人去买的时候.在准备买的时候犹豫.买不买... .有想好.意思就是. 经过大脑思考得出的结果.就是有想好. 如果经过大脑思考.但是没有结果.就是.没想好.

还没有想 = haven't thought it through to a conclusion yet
