Past Tense: I/He/She/It/You/They/We needed.
Present Tense: I/You/They/We need. He/She/It needs.
Future Tense: I/You/He/She/It/They/We will need.
Sentence structure: Subject pronoun, agreeing tense of "need", object/thing that was/is/will be needed.
Examples: I need food.
She needed money.
We will need to leave early.
Hope this helps with specifically the tenses :)

I need we need
you need you (plural) need
he/she/it needs they need
In english we don't put after and adjective to agree with the noun, so it is just "different tenses".

present tense: I/He/She/They needs
sample sentence: she need your pen
for I we don't need needs since I is referring to you
Past Tense:I/He/She/They needed
sample sentence: I needed your pen
Future Tense: I/He/She/They need
sample sentence: She will need you
future goes with will and shall
