What is the korean of ''excuse me'? I hear it in the drama that it is '' chogiyo?''

http://www.talktomeinkorean.com/lessons/l1l4/ I learnt the Korean 'excuse me' from this website. I also learnt that 'chogiyo' sort of equals to' hey you over there!' So you only use it for calling someone. It cannot be used when passing through crowds.
