Gözden ırak olan gönülden de ırak olur.=out of sight out of mind
Sinek küçüktür, ama mide bulandırır. Sinek=fly, Even if the fly is small, you can feel sick when you see it in your soup
It means something that seem minor may change your point of view suddenly. Think like that you have a friend and you think she/he is nearly perfect but a simple fault may change your idea.
