外国の物 /gaikoku no mono/: things/products from abroad (foreign countries).
は/wa/: subjective particle
ぜんぜん[全然] /zenzen/: completely; not at all (with negative form)
ありません /arimasen/: there is/are not.
"There is absolutely nothing from abroad"/"There is nothing at all from abroad"
