You can choose Online payment; buying scratch card or go to carriers' business hall
1. Online payment
you need to visit website of 中国移动/中国电信/中国联通 网上营业厅， you can google it. then find online payment(在线缴费)， follow the website's instruction
2. you can get scratch card in 24 hours store
scratch card == 手机充值卡
3. go to nearest carrier business hall, ask the workers for help.
payment terminal (充值终端), we call it 刷卡机
by the way, you can call customer service center
中国移动 10086
中国联通 10010
中国电信 10000
