¡Hola!Es un refrán,o proverbio.Significa hablar diciendo toda la verdad, sin ser diplomático.
To say straight forward something, not to hesitate in saying what you think, even if it hurts, to say what you think without thinking twice.
May be in english is the equivalent to "Not to mince words".
