提倡是指对好的行为提出建议，表示支持的意思，主要是提出建议的意思 如：政府提倡节约用水； 倡导有提倡的意思，也有引导的意思，就是提出倡议并引导的意思，侧重于引导 如：他的倡导得到全体与会人员的响应 这两个是同义词，非正式交谈时，相互代替是不影响大家理解的
