There is no way to generalize the accent of Brazilians speaking English. Your accent is based on a number of characteristics such as whether you are male or female, where you grew up, your proficiency in English etc.
But from experience I have noticed that most people from other countries whose native language is not English, they tend to forget to include the determiner in sentences.
For example, instead of saying ' I ate an apple', they would say 'I ate apple'.
