Can i use present perfect tense with "from then on"
I see a lot of sentences in simple past tense with "from then on" ?
I wonder is it correct if i use "from then on" as present perfect tense?

Good question. I had a look around for examples (by native speakers), and yes it does exist.
Still, I'd much prefer to use "since then".
