Chinese names are the other way round. The surname comes first.
W can't really translate the Chinese sentence properly. The word you are looking for is:
"the other way round"

"the other way round" (UK), "the other way around" (US), or "reversed" are all OK. You can also say Chinese names put the surname first. Or: Chinese names put the family name first.
You can't use upside-down in this context. Upside-down means the top is the bottom and the bottom is the top.
