how i can go on ?
luckily i talked with my italki friends in english ,finally i speak english extremely slow and rawly .so i am worrying about that i can't help friends improve chinese and they may do not like to talk with me .how i can go on ? i want to improve my listenning skill and pronounciation fast .how i can keep in touch with my english speaking friends?

You need to improve your writing first.

I think "fast" is the problem here.
You want quick results, but you clearly don't want to make the effort. I have to agree with 雲小泉, your writing is very messy and lazy. If you plan to speak in the same way that you write, then no-one will take you seriously.
My advice is, don't focus on "fast". Focus on "right".
