Recently I saw the dialogue, where somebody used the word "meany".
What does it mean?

It's means "someone who is mean or vicious." You call someone a "meany" if he bullies you or otherwise does something nasty/unpleasant/mean to you. (It is a noun, referring to the person).

Meany /meanie is a slang word for a mean or selfish person.
