If you think it's cold in here spare a thought for Tim, who's working outside in the snow.
What does 'spare a thought' mean?

Spare a thought means to give a thought, meaning to think about something or someone. In this context it means if you feel cold (most probably inside some place) then think about Tim who's outside in the snow (must be freezing outside!)
