i know that "somebody = someone"
so,
somebody help me / someone help me
someone like you / somebody like you
all the same meaning ??
"somebody like you", "someone help me" - I have never heard

They really do mean the same thing, but one may be used more often in certain phrases than the other. But if you use them interchangeably, few would notice. What matters is that it is understood, and they are both distinctly the same meaning.
