大体相同。
但追根溯源，
“要”的本意是一种主观意愿的体现。
而“會”仅仅表示将来。
请体会：
我明天要回家。i will go home tomorrow。
我明天會回家。i will go home tomorrow。
我明天不要回家。 i don't want to go home tomorrow。
我明天不會回家。i won't go home tomorrow。

when talking about future, 要 is like "be going to", while 会 is like "will"
我明天要准备考试。I am going to prepare an exam tomorrow.
我会考虑的。 I will consider it.
