FEEL = to touch something in order to discover something about it.
eg 1. Just feel how cold my hands are!
eg 2. He gently felt the softness of the baby's cheek.
eg 3. I was feeling in my bag for the keys.

i think.. touching is the act of physically coming in contact with something. Feeling is the sensation you get when you touch something..:)......i hope u'll get my points,,,,,:)
