The Company is a separate legal entity and is subject to suit in its own name.
anyone explains this for me..i can;t understand.“公司”为独立法律实体，因此能以自己的名义进行起诉。

If someone brings legal action (a 'suit'), they could name the company as the defendant ('subject').
