He gives Matt an option 'mouth organ or awkward pause'. - a mouth organ is an instrument like a harmonica. - an awkward pause is a gap in conversation which feels very uncomfortable. Matt rejects both options and says that he wants to play with the balls. ( clearly this was introduced earlier in the interview) Matt then starts to give in an says ok awkward pause, awkward pause. But the interviewer decides to run with it- H: no no no , ball play is not use as an option that I eh… M: hahah　 H: I think you could incorporate the scrotum fondling with a bit of an awkward pause. ( scrotum = the real word for the colloquial 'balls'. fondling = playing with/holding/rubbing ) Ok so ill be awkward about you playing with my kangaroo scrotum. H says why don't we use the balls and the awkward pause together. He suggests that Matt plays with the kangaroo balls (and doesn't say anything- creating a pause) and he will be awkward about it.
