"해" Hae is taken from word "하다", which means "to do something", So when you see a sentence ended by "해요", example: "난 공부해요" means "I (to do) study" Or ex when you introduce yourself: 저는 (your name) 라고 합니다= I (to do) called (your name) or the meaning is similliar with: you can call me (your name).^^

Do you know 합니다, 합니까? 해요 is the casual form of them. 공부합니다=공부해요. 결혼합니까?=결혼해요?
