Which one is right? "environmental friendly" or "environmentally friendly" ?

"Environmentally friendly" is correct. The reason is that "friendly" is an adjective, and requires an adverb to modify it.
E.g.: extremely beautiful; highly competent; very unforgettable; environmentally conscientious --> all have the construction adverb + adjective.
