what does this word "상큼해" means?
i'm not sure if it's a word because there's a verb '해' so it might be a sentence
is it a slang?

상큼하다 is verb
i think means It is refreshing ;)

it is an adjective (specifically a 형용사 in korean) and is 상큼하다 before it is conjugated. it's not slang.
