How should I balance dream and reality?
Firstly, i need to say i have a good job with a nice salary.During my working time,i need to translate some professional English articles into the Chinese version.Sometimes i also go out to interview some doctors,including someone who's from other chounries! My job is challenging to me,and definitely i love the feeling to be challenged.But now i 'm a little confused,because i 'm often assigned to do some work that's out of my duty.They even take up most of my working time.Now i feel the reality is farer from my dream.How should i change this situation?

My dream is  to do things i really like! For example,i love the job related to English,which is just the reason i choose my current job! But now i have to do extra work that does't involve this.It seems i'm undertaking two positions,making my life so busy~
