Are there any differences between "be full of" and "be filled with"?
Her eyes were filled with tears. Why we use "be filled with" in this sentence? Can we say "Her eyes were full of tears"?

The bucket is filled with water
the only slight difference would be that -filled with- may pertain to bottles or other recipients, and -full of- to other things-bridge,pants,floor, etc
