what is the difference between очень and действительно? How do we use them in different context?

Я очень люблю кофе. = very much
Я действительно люблю кофе. = really, it's truth

i would say, if is there likeness. these words are different at all in their meanings.
Очень-means very, very much. Я очень люблю море. I like the sea very much
Действительно-means actually. Я, действительно, ошибался. I was actually mistaken.

Думаю, вопрос должен звучать так : есть разница между ОЧЕНЬ + ПРИЛАГАТЕЛЬНОЕ и ДЕЙСТВИТЕЛЬНО + ПРИЛАГАТЕЛЬНОЕ. She is very clever or she is really clever. That is a really difficult question))))
