Yes, if you use slang. Boa ist dieeeeeee lecker. ;-)
but normaly you don´t do that. Some friends of mine used this sentence above, but they allmost whispering it.

No. lecker is used with food. :)

If you are looking for "sweet", it could be "süß" or "nett".
