The answer is the same as Asako-san..
ます、ません、ました、ませんでした(from Masu-form), nagative requests----Nai-form + de kudasai and positive requests-----Te-form + kudasai.
You cannot mix Dictionary-form and Masu-form with "kudasai".
（X）話す＋ください＝話すください
（X）話します＋ください＝話しますください
（〇）話さない＋でください＝話さないでください
（〇）話して＋ください＝話してください
