Subjonctif trouver I am currently learning the French subjonctif and am looking at exceptions. But something confused me: "Je trouve qu'elle est belle" is a positiv sentence and I must not use the subjonctif. "Je ne trouve pas qu'elle soit belle" is a negative sentence and I must use the subjonctif. Well, I found several lists, for example this one here under point (6) http://grammatik.woxikon.de/subjonctif-franzoesisch.php that I can use it in a positive sentence. So must I use the subjonctif in a positive one or must I not use it? And with esperer, is this correct that in the modern French I use the subjonctif in a negative way, or must I not use it anyway?
