Misia has no sense of measure. The "French clarity of reason" and the "blue line of gentle hills" mean nothing to this nomad of the steppes.

Probably means no sense of scale.
1cm or 1m or 1km are the same to her.
They may be inclined to over-do things?
Maybe they take on tasks that are too big?
Perhaps it means they have no idea of their capabilities or limits?
