"dear all" in invitation meeting
is it polite if i use "Dear all," in my greeting in my invitation email if the participants of meeting consist many of people(there are girls and boys)..thanks

Since you're addressing multiple people through e-mail, the use of "dear all" expresses friendliness and politeness.
