Ann's father has a nice car.是对的，因为一个句子最起码也是主谓结构，也就是说，最简单的句子也要是主语+谓语动词的结构，既然是动词，那么就应该用has，而having是动名词，也就是说是名词形式，不能作谓语。再加上father属于第三人称单数，所以用has. 希望能帮得到你。

的二个对了，因为第一个没有谓语动词，doing形式不能直接用作谓语动词

The subject Ann's father is the third people singular,so predicate verb uses has.
Ann's father has a nice car.是正确的。主语Ann's father 是第三人称单数，谓语动词用has.
