In tagalog, how do you say "It was nice talking with you."? In tagalog, how do you say "It was nice talking with you."? I would like to use the pharase after I finish telephone meeting with my colleagues in Philippines.

Just so you know, the grammatically correct sentence is "Ikinagagalak kitang makausap." It is already implied in the word KITA that you're talking about you AND the person you're talking to. Examples: Mahal kita = Mahal KO IKAW. (Ikaw ay mahal ko.) Sinabihan na kita = Sinabi KO na sa'YO. Ikinagagalak kitang makilala = Ikanagagalak KOng makilala KA. I don't know why I keep seeing "(a)ko" used with "kita" around here but it's redundant. >.>

It depends on the context. "ikinagagalak kong makausap kita" can work for business, but this is quite formal. if you are talking to a friend that you are quite close to, a little informal, tag-lish reply will do like "nag-enjoy ako na kausap ka" or "ang sarap mong kausap". you can also thank them informally by saying "thanks for the chika", although this phrase (especially the word "chika") is sometimes associated with the gay sub-culture here, hehe :)
