"I cant able to do" or "I am unable to do". Which is correct and why?

You need an apostrophe for "can't", otherwise you're using a different English word. (Look it up.) The base form of a verb must follow a modal verb. "Able" is an adjective, so "can't able" is nonsense. Technically, "can't be able to" is correct (and examples do exist), but the problem here is repetition. You should use "I can't do", "I'm not able to do" or "I'm unable to do".

"I am unable to "is right,I think.Because "can't "means "be unable to",if you use this ,it can be the same meaning in the sentence.
