In standard Arabic:
هل أنت جاهز(ة)؟
هل أنت مستعد(ة)؟
In Egyptian dialect, you can say:
مستعد(ة)؟
جاهز(ة)؟
*Add the letter ة between brackets, when talking to female.

هل أنتِ جاهزة /مستعده؟ for female
egyptian أنت جاهز؟
