Sino-Korean numbers are of Chinese origin. They are used for counting: dates (years, months, days), time (minutes), measuring, currency, math, phone numbers, addresses... Native Korean numbers are 'pure' Korean. They go up to 99 and are used for counting: people, objects (with count words like 개 after), years of age, time (hours)...
