有拖延症
What does “有拖延症” in the phrase “我真是有拖延症啊。” mean? Is it a colloquial way of expressing something in chinese or is it something about colds/disease in general? Could someone literally translate and explain?

oooh, that means someone always like to fight the deadline xD
有拖延症 means people should do something they probably really don't want to, or they're too busy (mostly are just too lazy) to do it...(not a real disease )
我真是有拖延症啊 ----->means that person used to put off things with excuses; might have problem with time management
