На лужок примчали діти,
Наче бджілок рій,
І гайда збирати квіти
У траві густій.
Поспитав у сонця вітер:
- Спробуй зрозумій,
Де тут - діти, а де - квіти
У траві густій.

Обізвались огірочки,
Гарбузові сини й дочки:
- іще живі, ще здорові
Всі родичі гарбузові!
