Are two sentences similarly? I wish i hadn't sold my bike. I wish not to sold my bike

Only the first one is correct. The second one would be grammatical(although a little awkward) as "I wish not to sell my bike," but it does not have the same meaning as the first sentence. in the first sentence, you sold your bike and regret it. In the second(with the change) you haven't sold your bike and you don't want to sell it.
