"He has proved insufficient for the job.“ This implies that more people should have been trying to do the job. "He has proved unsatisfactory for the job." He didn't do the job well enough. I'd say 'proven' instead of 'proved', but they're both right. My Chinese isn't good enough to help you with the second one. Sorry!

'Unsatisfactory' is correct.

"且行且珍惜" Okay, I've been digging around a bit, and based on this: http://www.4hw.com.cn/new/yule/54042.html The best literal translation is probably "Walk while treasuring." And I've got what I feel are some good English equivalents for you: 1. Take time to smell the roses. 2. Live in the moment. 3. Treasure the moment. (This is probably the closest to the literal translation.) 4. Enjoy the process. (This is probably the closest to what you might want to say.) BTW: Thanks for giving me a chance to review my Chinese. 謝謝您! :D

It should be "Can you help me translate this into English." There shouldn't be a "to" before "translate." Can is a modal verb so it just takes another verb in the dictionary form after it without an intervening "to".
